PSV Eindhoven have banned the fan who attacked Sevilla goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic for 40 years from their stadium.
In addition to this punishment, PSV will initiate proceedings to recover damages suffered by the club.
He is currently serving a three-month prison sentence, one of which is conditional. In addition, the Public Prosecutor's Office has also imposed a ban on the area around the Philips Stadium for two years.
During the PSV vs Sevilla match, the individual entered the Philips Stadium pitch. In doing so, he attacked the Sevilla goalkeeper.
He should not even have been in attendance at the time, due to a stadium sanction for previous misconduct.
